SWISS offers you the opportunity to book group travel directly from our specialists.  This service applies exclusively to private customers.  Charter, codeshare flights (joint operations with other airlines) and bookings via travel agents are excluded from this offer.  

Passengers travelling as a group must travel on identical outbound and return flights.  Passengers with travel plans that differ from the group (flight and date) book separately and pay the corresponding individual fare.   

Group size requirements

Offer
We will send you an offer within three days of receiving your request form. Prices quoted include all fees and taxes. Relevant details are shown on the offer. Please note that group fares may differ from the published individual fare. This is due to more flexible conditions, the booking activity for the flights involved, the size of the group and the desired dates of travel.

Option deadline
You can accept or reject the offer within the option deadline (generally 10 days).

Advance notice
The deadline for submitting requests is 5 working days before the departure date.
More restrictive conditions apply for some markets. 

List of names and ticket issuance
The names of those travelling must be sent to SWISS at least one month before departure.  Tickets are issued three weeks before departure. Name changes can be made prior to travel. A service fee will be charged in these cases. 

If you send a request on short notice (less than 1 month in advance), you need to submit the list of names after the flights have been confirmed.

Payment
The payment of a deposit or the flight tickets can only be made via credit card. 

Rebooking
Rebookings are possible up until 3 weeks prior to departure. This service is free of charge.  Rebooking is subject to seat availability.

Baggage
Standard SWISS baggage regulations apply.

Cancellations and refunds
Please note the conditions included with your offer. When your booking is completed, we will draw up a contract with you stipulating the payment of a deposit.
