Departure
All departures for Swiss International Air Lines are operated from Terminal 2B of Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport.
Departing passengers may enter the Terminal from gate “C” and proceed for check-in. SWISS is usually assigned check-in counters 94 to 99.
Arrival
Passengers arriving on SWISS flights proceed to Terminal 2B to collect their luggage and then exit through the common arrival exit.
Meet and assist
A meet and assist service is offered to passengers arriving on domestic flights on the day of departure. Passengers are required to provide in advance, the details of the inbound flight through the SWISS booking record.
- For First & Business Class passengers, HON Circle, Miles & More Senator and Frequent Traveller members from 1000hrs onwards.
- All other passengers from 1800hrs onwards.
Check-in
Usually counters 94 to 99 of which 1 counter is assigned for First Class, 2 for Business Class, 1 for Web Check-In Baggage Drop-Off and 2 counters for Economy Class passengers.
First Class passengers & Star Gold members can check-in at the First Class counter.Business Class passengers & Miles & More Frequent Traveller members are entitled to check-in at the Business Class Counters.
