Web check-in is possible between 23 hours and 1 hour before the departure of your flight. If you have any questions, please contact our worldwide web check-in support.

How does web check-in work?
  • Step 1: Your personal details
Bookings within 24 hours before departure: Click on the web check-in button at the end of your online booking. If you are travelling with others, you will now see all names and the list of flights open for check-in.
Bookings more than 24 hours before departure: Select your departure airport and your destination, enter your name and e-ticket number (or credit card or frequent-flyer membership number) to find your booking. You can now see the list of flights open for check-in. If you are travelling with others, the check-in of your fellow travellers is not possible until you have completed your own check-in.
  • Step 2: Confirm / select the flight for your check-in
If only one of your flights is leaving within the next 24 hours, you can only select that flight for check-in.
If several flights are leaving within the next 24 hours, you will receive a list of all flights. Select the desired flight for your check in - just one or all of them together.
  • Step 3: Choose your seat
After checking in, you can change all seats for yourself and your fellow travellers. Click on ‘Seat map’ next to the assigned seat number. In case of several travellers, first click on the name, then on the desired seat. You can no longer change your seat after printing out your boarding card.
Note: The immigration authorities of some countries require further details on the passengers when checking in, e.g. passport details for all passengers. Please have the passports of all travellers at hand for the web check-in.
  • Step 4: Print out the boarding pass
Now you receive information on the departure terminal, the counter where you can check in your baggage (if any) and further details.
If possible, print out your boarding pass now. For security reasons, not all airports accept self-printed boarding passes. In this case, print out a confirmation of your web check-in and exchange it for a boarding pass at the airport. Details on the procedure are indicated on your confirmation.
Note for several passengers: Complete the check-in for the first passenger and print out the boarding pass (if possible) before checking in further travellers
