Obligations  SWISS International Air Lines Partner Program 

The publisher must have an appropriate website. Pure e-mail registrations are not accepted.

The following types of sites are not allowed to participate: sites that promote violence, pornographic and discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation and/or age.

The website of the publisher is not allowed to publish political content in any way. The website must adhere to all relevant legal regulations. You may refuse at any time advertisements that promote or solicit illegal acts, or any such acts of this type judged to be not positive. The website must have an imprint, including name, address, contact details including all other statutory requirements for the field of advertising and telemedia (including data protection).

The website may not give the impression that the operators Swiss International Air Lines represented in the legal and respective statutory declarations accept responsibility for the performance of SWISS. Any use of SWISS licensed trademarks or those belonging to any companies in the SWISS protected group is not allowed without the prior written approval of Swiss International Airlines.

SWISS may neither be specified as a reference nor shall in any other way the contractual relationship to Swiss be advertised without prior written consent. The application of the SWISS partner program for searching engine marketing (SEM) or searching engine optimisation (SEO) is not permitted. In particular any use from keyword advertising with Swiss brands and product names are not permitted including variations of misspellings. This applies particularly to the reservation as a keyword.

The use of the SWISS partner program for spam emails is expressly prohibited. The recipient must receive and have approved an "opt-in" beforehand. Under no circumstance must an impression be given the transmission originated from SWISS. In addition the publisher must be clearly identifiable as the author sending the transmission.

The application of the SWISS partner program in or above layer and banner networks as well as through paid-mail, paid-banners and paid-click programs is not permitted. Moreover, within the framework of the SWISS partner program post-view activities are not allowed.

Swiss International Air Lines reserves the right at any time to cancel an existing partnership and / or for legitimate reasons to retain commissions.
