This award-winning gastronomy concept shows just how varied Switzerland's cuisine is. Top chefs from all over the country provide culinary highlights with their creations. Every three months, a new Maître de Cuisine creates the First menus. This means, our passengers can enjoy exclusive, varied Swiss dishes that delight to the very last mouthful.

From June to August 2014 SWISS First and Business passengers on intercontinental flights departing from Switzerland will be able to enjoy savoury culinary delights from the canton of Geneva.

Michelin starred chef Dominique Gauthier, awarded 18 GaultMillau points, invites you to discover his Mediterranean-inspired contemporary cuisine at the restaurant Le Chat-Botté at the hotel Beau-Rivage. This unique establishment, with its magnificent shaded terrace for the summer months, is one of the most beautiful gourmet locations of the city. Wine connoisseurs will be equally satisfied. The cellar of the Beau-Rivage is bursting with treasures accumulated over the years, carefully cared for by the sommelier.

Set against a backdrop of the lake and the mountains, Beau-Rivage truly offers a voyage of its own. For 150 years, the hotel has gathered and nurtured treasures of time to offer every guest its unique privilege of beauty and refinement.
