In addition to the ticket price, which includes all other surcharges and fees, the service fee applies to every ticket purchased in Switzerland. The amount of the service fee is determined by the destination and the distribution channel through which the ticket was purchased.

The final price of a ticket booked directly through SWISS may vary from that charged by a travel agency because the agency itself may levy a service fee of its own.
