Terms and conditions

The Business upgrade fares are based on SWISS Economy fares. Rebookings or refunds are thus governed by the same terms and conditions as the underlying Economy fare. If the upgrade booking class is unavailable upon rebooking the upgraded ticket, any price difference between the underlying Economy fare and the Business upgrade fare cannot be refunded. The upgrade fares are only valid for flights operated by SWISS in Europe.
