SWISS brand is represented by the joint sales team of Lufthansa Group in the Czech Republic. This sales team is responsible for a professional support to both individual/corporate travellers and travel agencies who sell SWISS tickets.

Selected SWISS flights in Europe have blue-colored prices in the SWISS.COM Booking form (Swiss Business Saver and Business). This is an outstanding opportunity for you to experience Business Class for a low additional fee.
The Business Upgrade Europe is available for entire SWISS European network except Brussels, Luxembourg and Moscow, and only for flights operated by SWISS (not valid for codeshare flights).

Terms and conditions
The Business upgrade fares are based on SWISS Economy fares. Rebookings or refunds are thus governed by the same terms and conditions as the underlying Economy fare. If the upgrade booking class is unavailable, any price difference between the underlying Economy fare and the Business upgrade fare cannot be refunded. The upgrade fares are only valid for flights operated by SWISS in Europe.
