We are sorry that your luggage has been delayed when travelling with SWISS.

When you reported your delayed baggage at the airport our baggage service made a "Property Irregularity Report". With this report it is possible for them to search for your luggage in a system called "World Tracer", a system which is used by most of the airlines worldwide.
