Check-in and ticket desk information
All SWISS flights depart from Terminal 2, where you also find:

• SWISS check-in desks open 2hours before departure. 
• Separate check-in desk for SWISS Business Class passengers.
• Senator Members (Miles & More) are welcome to use the SWISS Business Class check-in desk. 
• SWISS ticket desk , handled by NOVIA, opens 21/2 hour before departure and closes 1/2 an hour after departure.

Latest check-in time

• Latest check-in time at Copenhagen Airport is 30 minutes before departure. 
• Please note that latest check-in time is when check-in is closing.
• This means that you will have to be checked in and your boarding card should be issued at that time.
• We recommend our passengers to arrive at the airport and as well at the departure gate in good time before departure. 

Lounge

• Our SWISS First and Business Lounge (SAS business lounge) is located in terminal 3 on the first floor.  
• The lounge provides complimentary internet access, newspapers, film and full bar service offering drinks and snacks.
•  The lounge also has a dedicated kids corner
