Airport entry
SWISS operates from Terminal 2 of Indira Gandhi International Airport. Departing passengers may enter the Terminal from any of the gates from 1-4.
Access through Gate 3 and 4 will be more convenient. for passenger as its closer to Swiss counters.
Baggage screening
Passengers can proceed straight to the Check-in counters after entering the terminal and deposit the bags at check-in. No prior screening of bags before check-in is required.
Check-in Counters on row H of which 2 counters are assigned for Business Class passengers and 4 counters for Economy Class passengers open at 2130 hrs.
HON Circle, Miles & More Senator, Miles & More Frequent Traveler and Star Gold passengers are entitled to check-in at the Business Class Counters.

Lounges
HON Circle and Miles & More Senator, Star Gold members will be provided with an Invitation at check-in, to use Clipper Lounge located after the passport control.
Business Class Passengers, Miles & More Frequent Traveler, will be provided with an invitation at check-in, to use the ITC Maurya Lounge located after passport control.
Immigration clearance
Business Class passengers can avail of FAST TRACK clearance from 2 dedicated immigration counters. However, this facility is not available on arrivals.
Customs clearance
For all arriving passengers, customs clearance must be completed in Delhi, irrespective of the destination on the bag.
