Departure
All departures for Swiss International Air Lines are operated from Terminal 2B of Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport.
Departing passengers may enter the Terminal from gate “C” to proceed for security and baggage checks.
Arrival
Arrivals for the moment will remain unchanged. Passengers arriving on SWISS flights will continue to arrive at and exit from Terminal 2A.
Meet and Assist
A meet and assist service is offered to passengers arriving on domestic flights on the day of departure. Passengers are required to provide in advance, the details of the inbound flight through the SWISS booking record.
- For Business Class passengers, HON Circle, Miles & More Senator and Frequent Traveller members from 1000hrs onwards.
- All other passengers from 1800hrs onwards.
Check-in
Counters 6 to 10 of which 2 counters are assigned for Business Class passengers and 3 counters for Economy Class passengers.
HON Circle, Miles & More Senator, Miles & More Frequent Traveller and Star Gold passengers are entitled to check-in at the Business Class Counters.

HON Circle, Miles & More Senator / Frequent Traveler, Star Gold Members and all Business Class Passengers are entitled to use the CLIPPER Lounge located after passport control. An invitation to the lounge will be presented at check-in.
Immigration clearanceBusiness Class passengers can avail of FAST TRACK. Clearance both on departure & on arrival at the 2 counters designated for FAST TRACK.
