If you have not made a damage report at the airport when arriving, you will have to contact the airport within 7 days. SWISS do not compensate if reports has been made later than 7 days. Please contact:

Luggage which has been delivered after arrival and has been damaged should be reported to baggage service within 21 days. SWISS do not compensate if reports has been made later than 21 days.
