SWISS flights depart from terminal 5.
Between check-in desks 10-12, you will find
- Swiss check-in counters
- Separate check-in desks for SWISS Business Class passengers
- Senator Members (Miles & More) are welcome to use the SWISS Business Class check-in desk
- SWISS ticket desk just opposite the check-in desks
Latest check-in times
Latest check-in time at Stockholm Arlanda airport is 40 minutes before departure.
Please note that latest check-in time is when check-in is closing. This means that you will have to be checked in and your boarding card should be issued at that time.
We recommend our passengers to arrive at the airport and as well at the departure gate in good time before departure.
NEW: Fast track
SWISS HON, SEN and Business Class cusomters get access to the fast track at Stockholm Arlanda Airport from 1st of April 2010 on.
Access rules:
- HON travelling all classes / all airlines
- SEN travelling all classes til ZRH with SWISS
- C/Cl travelling til ZRH with SWISS
Lounge
Our SWISS First and SWISS Business Lounge (SAS business lounge) is located in terminal 5. The lounge provides complimentary wireless internet access, fax, newspapers, film and full bar service offering drinks and snacks as well as a buffet. The lounge also has a dedicated kids corner.
