- Assuring and applying the safety and security regulations on board
- Caring for international guests on board
- Independent flight preparation
- Preparing the aeroplane cabin
- Organising the workflow in the aeroplane galleys
- Conducting the meal and beverage service
- Carrying out of the sales on board

| Anforderungsprofil |
- Schweizerische Staatsangehörigkeit oder EU Pass mit Bewilligung B, C oder GrenzgängerIn
- Mindestalter: 22 Jahre
- Mindestgrösse: 158 cm
- Normalgewicht
- Gute Gesundheit und Belastbarkeit
- Abgeschlossene Berufslehre und 1 Jahr Berufserfahrung
- Sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse in Englisch und Deutsch, sowie in Französisch, Italienisch oder Spanisch (Sprachaufenthalte empfohlen)
- Charmant, freundlich, kontaktfreudig, dienstleistungsorientiert
- Qualtiätsbewusstsein im Sinne traditioneller Schweizer Gastfreundschaft
- Gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild, tadellose Umgangsformen
- Flexibilität (z.B. unregelmässige Arbeitszeiten)
- Abgeschlossene militärische Grundausbildung, falls militärdienstpflichtig
- Gute Schwimmkenntnisse
