At Sales Training we offer various practice-oriented and up-to-date trainings for all sales related offices.
We are looking for help in the field of training for airport ticket offices as well as for our call center in Switzerland. As a trainer you will conduct courses of up to 12 participants from our offices all over the world mainly in the field of reservations, fares and ticketing as well as sales courses. The duration of the courses vary from 1day up to 10days seminars.
We are offering 2 positions, 1 for 80% and 1 for 50%. You will conduct the complete course, so this means you will have the respective number of days off in between the courses. Our training takes place mainly in ZRH, occasionally in BSL or abroad. |
| Duties |
- Deliver training in reservation, fares and ticketing
- Review and adapt existing training sessions and modules
- Implement new sessions and modules and evaluate effectiveness
- Co-ordination and definition of training needs in close co-operation with sales policies and procedures as well as Airport Ticket Office (ATO) competence center
- Network with respective line functions and content providers

| Requirements |
- Excellent reservation and ticketing knowledge, axsRes skills mandatory
- Profound know-how in direct sales
- Excellent knowledge of the company SWISS and airline industry in general
- Languages German and English (fluent spoken and written, other languages are an asset)
- Well developed communication skills
- Be open to encounter people with different cultures
- Abitlity to work independently yet be a strong teamplayer
- Ready to conduct training occasionally in BSL or abroad
- Ready to work full time during the courses and take time off in between the courses
- Able to work under pressure, flexible
