Our careers advisor team helps to recruit SWISS’s future cabin crew personnel. We do so by attending job fairs, information days and similar events. We also maintain close contacts with careers advisors, schools, other organisations and the media (on questions and issues relating to the flight attendant’s profession). And we’ll be happy to provide information for anyone who contacts us directly, too.
If you’re planning your own careers information event and would like us to be involved, or if you have any other questions you’d like to ask us, feel free to contact us any time at RecruitmentCabinCrew@swiss.com.
We will be holding an evening information session on the flight attendant’s profession at our SWISS Building in Kloten several times a year. The sessions are open to anyone aged 16 or over who would like to know more about this attractive and varied profession.
Each session will offer a valuable insight into the working life of our cabin crew personnel. We’ll also give you full details of the basic and further training that our flight attendants undergo, information on the career paths you can pursue within (and beyond) our cabin crew corps, and details of what you’ll need to bring to the job.
Each information session will begin at 17:30, and will last around 1¾ hours. The presentation will be in German. If you’d like to register * to attend, we’ll be delighted to hear from you. And you’ll also find details of further such information sessions in our event calendar *.
