Do I have to live in the Zurich area? No, you don’t have to. Many of our flight attendants live farther away from Zurich Airport, and some even live outside Switzerland. But you should bear in mind that your flight duties will start as early as 05:00 and end as late as 23:00. And at times like these, there will often be little or no public transport to get you to or from the airport. A long journey to and from work can also be quite a strain, especially at the beginning. And you also need to remember that when you are on “reserve”, you must be able to report for work within one hour if your services are suddenly required. |
