Job title Specialist Regulations & Procedures

The position belongs to a team of 4 persons responsible for developing and maintaining reservation procedures, ticketing policies and processes. Rules and regulations are permanentely observed and defined according to industry standards. We support business needs in that respect and are involved in technical and system enhancement projects mainly managed by the IT department. We provide online policies and procedures manual to our worldwide markets and communicate regularly by other information means. We generally deal with internal customers. In this position you report to the Head of Sales Policies & Procedures in the Marketing & Strategy Department.
Duties
  • Initiating projects to facilitate user functionalities and sales processes
  • Develop and achieve structured regulations and procedures (reservation system procedures linked to operational processes)
  • Evaluate enhancements and savings in respect of sales regulations and procedures 
  • Incorporate industry regulated reservation rules and standards
  • Responsible for managing the online "Passenger Regulations Manual" 
  • Provide sales organisation worldwide with instructions and user manuals for new products
  • Secure and control adherence of passenger sales regulations and procedures as defined
  • Coordinate communication in all relevant information channels
  • User support connected to own published rules and procedures 
  • Regular participation in system development projects according to business/user needs
