SWISS has served due notice to terminate its present Collective Labour Agreements with its cabin crew corps at the end of 2005. The company will enter into negotiations on new Collective Labour Agreements with its social partners at the beginning of 2005.

The social partners were informed tonight of SWISS’s notice, which is required under the terms of the present Collective Labour Agreements. SWISS will now strive, together with its social partners, to find viable forward-looking solutions which secure as many jobs as possible in the longer term.
