Edelweiss Air will offer a weekly non-stop service between Zurich and Beijing from 7 July to 14 October 2011 in partnership with Swiss International Air Lines. These flights will be operated with an Edelweiss Air Airbus A330-200.

The scheduled departure time from Zurich is Thursday at 13:55 with arrival in Beijing at 05:55 local time. The return flight from Beijing will depart Friday at 08:05 and arrive in Zurich at 12:45 local time. The flights remain subject to acquisition of the required traffic rights.
