SWISS operates a highly varied fleet with a total of 90 aircraft – 27 for longhaul and 57 for medium- and shorthaul routes, and a further 6 that are operated on behalf of (wet lease) SWISS.
The fleet currently comprises six different kind of aircraft: For long distances, SWISS counts on Airbus A340-300 and A330-300 for shorter flights on the Airbus A320 family (A319, A320, A321) and Avro RJ 100.
