Our SWISS – Taste of Switzerland gastronomy concept takes you to the Lenk area of Canton Bern during the winter months, right through until the end of February.

 

Executive chef Jan Leimbach – with 17 GaultMillau points to his name – and his team have been preparing their unique, perfectly balanced “Well-Flavour” cuisine for guests of the Lenkerhof  for the last five years. For our guest chef, the emphasis is on combining top-quality local products – prepared to perfection – with international delicacies and authentic flavours.

The Lenkerhof  is Switzerland’s most youthful 5-star Superior Hotel in the magnificent Bernese Oberland. The hotel is renowned for its innate atmosphere of wellness. The Adelboden-Lenk winter sports area comprises 72 ski lifts and 210 km of piste. There are wide pistes to suit beginners, and challenging descents to appeal to ambitious skiers. The lack of fog and the southern influence on the weather create a pleasant climate.
