I am looking to get a particular fare for a certain destination. Every time I am trying to confirm the chosen fare, the error message "Unfortunately an error occurred while calculating the fare..." is appearing. How can I proceed without getting this error message and complete the booking?
When I attempt to conclude a booking, or go to the "Passenger Data" page, nothing happens and no booking is possible. Why does this happen? What can I do?

It is not possible to change the name on a ticket after a booking has been made (see Article 3.1.2 of the
Conditions of Carriage
. Therefore, please ensure when making a booking through swiss.com that the passenger's name is spelled exactly as it appears in the passport. If you later discover an error in this regard, please contact your nearest SWISS Service Center as soon as possible. We will be glad to help you avoid any difficulties at check-in as a result of this error. Please note that any changes are free of charge up to 24 hours after the booking has been concluded. Name changes made outside the period of goodwill will incur a processing fee of CHF 50.
