Given its superb maritime location, high standard of living and numerous attractions, Copenhagen could easily rest on its laurels, but the Danish capital - bold, experimentally inclined, people-oriented and green - is in a state of constant renewal.
Copenhagen is home to superb museums, parks and beaches. You can visit castles or take in modern architecture. You’ll find outstanding restaurants located in old warehouses and come across shops that resemble living rooms. Copenhagen is child-friendly and easy to deal with. Rent a bicycle, paddle along a canal, and just go ahead and “Copenhagenise” yourself. The effect will be lasting.
