Conditions Official Carrier Agreement Light   

Preconditions

  1. Minimum 50 and maximum 399 participants expected at the event (not including Switzerland and its neighbouring countries)
  2. The request should be received by SWISS at least 30 days in advance of the event, and must be received in advance of any publications relating thereto.

  3. SWISS will be provided with statistics on the number of participants by country after the event. 

Benefits offered by SWISS

  1. All event attendees will receive a discount of up to 15% on their SWISS flight. The discount applies to:
    • specific booking categories
    • SWISS flights to Switzerland
    • flights with an LX flight number operated by partner carrier.
    • For a travel period of 14 days before to 14 days after the event

      • The discount cannot be offered on group bookings.


Handling of the SWISS Official Carrier Agreement Light

If SWISS decides to support your event by acting as its Official Carrier, your request will be passed on to the Switzerland Convention & Incentive Bureau (SCIB), SWISS’s congress agency in Zurich.

Acting on SWISS’s behalf, the SCIB will:

  • Creation of travel information with booking link and event code to communicate to the participants
