Lounges in Zurich
There are several SWISS lounges at Zurich airport:
- SWISS Business Lounge – the world’s longest lounge bar
The lounge bar - at 28.6 metres probably the longest one in the world of airlines - is located just a few steps behind passport control. It features a fascinating view of the pulsating life at the airport. The lounge offers passengers comfort, tranquillity and convenient work places.
Access: Business Class passengers, Miles & More members with status Senator and Frequent Traveller as well as Star Alliance Gold customers of any Star Alliance member airline.
SWISS First Lounge
Open to SWISS First Class passengers and HON Circle members, the new SWISS First Lounge has 80 seats within a space of approximately 650 square metres. The elegant setting incorporates cosy and comfortable seating, a library, two separable VIP areas, two meeting rooms, work areas equipped with state-of-the-art laptops and free Internet access, along with two dayrooms with showers.
Lounge visitors also have the option of a pre-flight dinner, served from 18:00 onward. The bistro area with a staffed bar provides an appealing atmosphere.
A limousine shuttle service exists between the lounge and Terminal E and aircraft not departing from or arriving at a gate.

SWISS Arrival Lounge
Freshen up immediately after your arrival, just off to your left after passport control in Arrivals 1: showers, lavatory, two relax areas. Or make use of our phones and faxes and two computer workstations. The good cafeteria serves food and drink while you book your hotel or rental car or enquire about train connections.
Access: free for Miles & More members with status HON Circle, Senator, Frequent Traveller, First and Business Class passengers of SWISS and Lufthansa.
Economy passengers and Star Alliance Gold customers of any Star Alliance member airline pay a usage fee of CHF 30 (EUR 20 / USD 20).

- SWISS Lounge – one of the biggest in the world
A floor area of 1,700 square metres across three levels makes the time before your departure or during transit particularly enjoyable. The size, structure and exclusive atmosphere of this lounge on the departure side in the departure section of the Y terminal sets new standards. The vast glass dome brings brightness to the interior and, together with the luxurious furnishing, creates an unusual and relaxing atmosphere. The ‘business corner’ features computer workstations, internet access and fax machines.
SWISS offers free WLAN (Wireless Local Area Network) access at the Business Class Lounge at EuroAirport Basel-Mulhouse-Freiburg . By facilitating Internet access without cable, the lounge meets the current standard for business class lounges worldwide. In addition to the free wireless access, four fixed computer terminals remain available to our guests on the Business Level – also providing web access free of charge.
Entrance area: Square with pond and lush green, reception counter, public phone, service bar, restrooms and lavatories.
First level: Business area with 200 seats, self-service bar, internet access in the modern business centre, VIP corner, TV screens with head phones, relax area.
Second level: Additional bar with around 40 seats. The bar is not open to the public, but can be rented for special occasions.
Opening hours: Mondays through Fridays and Sundays from 5:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m; Saturdays from 5:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

The 422-square-metre SWISS Business Class Lounge can accommodate 100 visitors. The buffet offers cold and hot meals and a wide selection of drinks. Visitors wishing to spend their pre-flight time reading may choose from a wide selection of current magazines and newspapers. Work stations with Internet access are also available.

The new SWISS Senator Lounge covers 226 square metres and offers travellers elegant seats in which to relax before flying. Individual seats, a bistro, relaxation area and short walking distances to the gates all add up to an agreeable pre-flight experience.
