Please also check whether your visa is compliant with the intended duration of your stay and which import or customs rules may apply if you are bringing along
animals, vehicles, cultural objects etc. Please note in particular the regulations for children travelling on their own or with only one parent. Many countries require a special travel permit from the parents or the parent who is not coming along. Passengers without correct travel documents may not be permitted to enter or leave a country. This may result in a fine for SWISS. We reserve the right to seek compensation from passengers responsible for any such fine.

Airlines are legally obliged to pass on passport data in the case of passengers travelling to destinations in specific countries. For SWISS, this applies to destinations in Canada, China, India, Japan, South Africa, United Kingdom, USA.
