WEB CHECK-IN  AVOID THE QUEUES, SAVE TIME 

Avoid the queues at the airport with the SWISS Web Check-In. Check in for your flight online now, choose your seat and print out your boarding pass.


Start web check-in

You can use Web Check-In if:
  • you have an E-Ticket for a flight operated by SWISS
  • you have an E-Ticket for a flight operated by Lufthansa departing from Switzerland
  • your booking does not include infants (0 to 2)
  • you are travelling in a group of up to 9 persons

Airports with Web Check-In: Because of local regulations we cannot offer Web Check-In for all of our airports, but we do offer this service wherever possible. If you have any questions, please contact Web Check-In Support.

HIGHLIGHTS FOR YOUR COMFORT

Multiple access, “rework” function.
As a SWISS passenger, you are able to access the check-in process several times. The identification procedure functions in the same way as the initial check-in. Update your Miles & More numbers or change your seat, etc.

Group check-in, “buddy check-in” function:  Check in up to a maximum of 9 people. The software identifies each passenger separately. Identical flight details such as flight numbers and classes are required for this service. The rework function checks in all passengers separately (group check-in is no longer possible).

Seating
Consult the seating plan for the precise location of your seat, and change it as desired.

Connecting flights
You can use Web Check-In for connecting flights within the next 23 hours.

Boarding pass
If you cannot print your boarding pass or you have forgotten to bring it with you, please go to the check-in counter. Pay attention to the latest check-in times.

Baggage
Drop off your baggage at the designated bag drop desk. Read the baggage rules. If you have excess baggage you will need to check it in at one of the regular check-in desks.


Technical information

You will need an up-to-date internet browser. You will also need a recent version of Acrobat Reader to view your boarding pass. Disable the pop-up blocker. Activate SSL, cookies and JavaScript if you have changed the default settings for these.
