If you use web check-in, you can not only print out your boarding pass, but can also send it to an internet-enabled mobile. You will receive a mobile boarding pass that include a bar code as well as all your main flight details in plain text. In order to use the mobile boarding pass, you will need an Internet-enabled smartphone.
It’s this easy: choose the mobile boarding pass during Web Check-in, which can be sent to you by email or SMS.
Receive mobile boarding pass by SMS: Open the SMS and click on the link to receive your mobile boarding pass. You can also use this method to import the boarding pass in the SWISS app. Once you have imported it into the app, you do not need an Internet connection to retrieve your mobile boarding pass.
Receive mobile boarding pass by email: You will receive an email that contains the mobile boarding pass. Once you have downloaded it to your email client, you will not need an Internet connection to retrieve your boarding pass. The mobile boarding pass is only intended for use on your Internet-enabled smartphone.

Tips and help for web check-in
Boarding pass
If you have not been able to print out your boarding pass when using web check-in or if you have simply forgotten it, go to the separate counter at the airport. Don’t forget to find out the check-in times.
Baggage
Take your baggage to the separate counter. Find out in advance about the various baggage regulations, such as baggage allowance, excess baggage, hazardous objects or sporting equipment.
Special assistance
Passengers who need special assistance at the airport are requested to print out their web check-in confirmation and go to separate counter.
