Culinary high flyers from Geneva
This autumn, our hospitality concept, SWISS Taste of Switzerland, will be transporting flight guests in SWISS First and Business off to the canton of Geneva. Our menu creations were developed in collaboration with the restaurant Hôtel du Parc des Eaux-Vives.

 

The restaurant, which is located in Switzerland’s smallest 5-star hotel with just seven exclusive rooms, convinces thanks to its flair for pronounced flavours.   The restaurant uses only freshly-purchased produce, ensuring that the increasing desire of guests for authentic regional products is respected.


Available on intercontinental SWISS flights from Switzerland, selected return flights and longer European flights.

SWISS passengers who are vegetarian can now delight in delectable dishes created by the exquisite Hiltl brand. Thanks to our catering collaboration with Zurich’s most popular vegetarian restaurant, SWISS will soon be serving sophisticated Hiltl specialities in all three travel classes.
