During the summer months until the end of August, our culinary concept “SWISS Taste of Switzerland” carries guests in SWISS First and Business off to Basel.
Tanja Grandits is a passionate gourmet chef. She develops her authentic aromatic cuisine as head of the legendary Stucki restaurant in Basel. Apart from ensuring the highest quality basic ingredients, she pays particular attention to spices, colours and the different textures of her food. The dishes which emerge from her kitchen look bright; the flavours are both stimulating and harmonious.
The restaurant has just been completely renovated and gleams with a perfect combination of old and new. Amodern, elegant and very warmatmosphere, coupled with friendly service, sets the stage beautifully for Tanja Grandits’ aromatic cuisine.
