Geneva airport - presentation and tour
- 11:00 to 12:00 a.m.
Exercises on changing negative thoughts at the airport and on board an aircraft on the ground

Group lunch, meeting former participants

Relaxation exercises in an aircraft on the ground
- 2:30 to 4:30 p.m.
Meeting a flight attendant, questions and answers, preparing for the next flight
- 4:30 to 7:00 p.m.
Mental exercises to prepare for the next flight, massages, dancing and relaxation techniques - statistics and presentation on the issue of safety - simulation of a long flight
- 8:00 p.m.
Group dinner with coaches (former participants) in preparation for the flight on Saturday
Third day of seminar, Saturday: 08:30 a.m. to approx. 5:00 p.m.
- Approx. 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Flight
Flight to Zurich together with coaches and a SWISS flight attendant
Short stay at the airport, short debriefing
Return to Geneva on the same aircraft
- Approx. 3:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Summary and debriefing
