SWISS has formally asked the Swiss Stock Exchange to suspend the trading in its shares until the evening of Tuesday, March 22 to prevent any uncertainty on the capital markets in connection with the meeting of its Board of Directors on Tuesday, March 22.      

SWISS will not be commenting further on this announcement.
