Recruitment process  Telephone interview 

Dear applicant,

Due to the quality of your personal file, you might be selected to participate further in our selection process.

The next step will be a telephone interview which forms a genuine part of our assessment procedure and generally conducted by a Human Resources Business Partner.

The aim of a telephone interview is the same as in a regular interview: clear and deepen some points of your resume and to get to know you/each other better.

We may talk about
your motivation to work for SWISS as a company
your interest for the position you applied for, your expected role in the organization
your different skills e.g. foreign languages, technical trainings, etc.
your past professional experiences and references

We recommend you to
choose a quiet, undisturbed surrounding for the telephone interview
use a land line phone, to avoid instability of a mobile communication
keep your CV in clear view on your desk

The interview shall last about XX minutes and is upon appointment from SWISS.
