Boarding pass & details: As a SWISS passenger, if you use Web Check-in you can print out your boarding pass again, change your seat or add your Miles & More number.
Group check-in: If you are checking in up to 9 people – perhaps yourself and your family, colleagues or friends.
Seat: Find out where you are sitting or choose another seat, as you wish.
INFORMATION ON WEB CHECK-IN
Boarding pass: If you have not been able to print out your boarding pass when using Web Check-in or if you have simply forgotten it, go to the desk at the airport. Don’t forget to find out what the times of the latest check-in are.
Baggage: Take your baggage to the appropriate desk. Find out in advance about the various baggage regulations, such as baggage allowance, excess baggage, hazardous objects or sporting equipment.
Special assistance: Passengers who need special assistance at the airport are requested to check out their Web Check-in confirmation and go to the Assistance desk.
