Participation in the SWISS online survey is free and does not depend on the purchase of or claim on nongratuitous services. The participant does not enter into any contractual or other legal relationship with Swiss International Air Lines Ltd. or with third parties. Persons entering this survey must be of maturity age and of legal capacity. Employees of Swiss International Air Lines Ltd and companies of the Lufthansa Group, as well as their family members, and agencies of Swiss International Air Lines Ltd and companies of the Lufthansa Group are excluded from participation. By entering the online survey, the entrant expresses agreement with the rules:
Swiss International Air Lines Ltd. points out that, without explicit consent of the participant, personal data (incl. e-mail addresses, names, addresses, etc.) of the participant will not be passed on to or left for use of third parties, whereas companies of the Lufthansa Group shall not be considered as third parties. One exception is in case of a win, in which case the participant expressly allows Swiss International Air Lines Ltd. to publish his or her name and place of residence.
To be eligible for the draw (two economy class tickets valid on SWISS’ European network), contestants must fill in the online survey and complete the registration form. This information is automatically sent to Swiss International Air Lines Ltd.
Winners are picked at random. The winners are picked from all those taking part. Winners will receive a separate e-mail informing them of their win.
The prize will be transferred exclusively to winners. The prize is awarded exclusively in the form of two economy class tickets on SWISS’ European network. No material or cash alternative prizes will be issued. The prize will be automatically sent to the nominated address by Swiss International Air Lines Ltd. All risks associated with the prize will then be transferred to the winner. The winner is himself/herself responsible for any taxation associated with the prize. The validity cannot be extended. Flight vouchers cannot be given or sold to third parties. The prizes are for use exclusively on flights operated by SWISS. Charter flights are excluded. You can make a firm booking in the allocated booking class, but this is subject to the availability of seats. You cannot use the voucher to collect air miles.
Swiss International Air Lines Ltd. reserves the right to disqualify individual participants from the prize draw if there are justifiable grounds, e.g. infringement of the rules of participation, influencing the draw, manipulation, etc.
No correspondence will be entered into about the competition. No claims can be made relating to the forwarding, redemption or exchange of prizes nor to the execution of the contest. Swiss law shall apply exclusively.
Swiss International Air Lines Ltd. reserves the right to modify the conditions of the draw at any time. Furthermore, Swiss International Air Lines Ltd. reserves the right to terminate or interrupt the prize draw at any time. This especially applies in the event of the existence of grounds that would interfere with or prevent the running of the prize draw according to plan. To the extent legally permitted, any liability of any kind of Swiss International Air Lines Ltd is hereby excluded.
