My wife wanted a top end French restaurant in Bangkok to take me for my Birthday. J'aime certainly fit the bill! A glorious tasting menu paired with interesting wines made for a greast evening, including a light hearted drinks hour at the bar chatting up the staff about local dos in the 'hood.
We were looking to this sunday Brunch, we even stayed at the hotel where the restaurant is. We were not disappointed at all. The service was great. The food was brilliant. We liked everything from the starters to desserts. The champagne was great even it was from Australia. The red and white wine were great paring with our mains.
At the end of our Brunch, we had a chance to talk to the Chef was in charge on the day (Chef Clemence) who talked to us about his time in Thailand. Unfortunately,
