SWISS Connect conditions


  • SWISS offers Internet service on selected flights and Vouchers may only be used on SWISS flights
  • Registration is required and the user must agree to the Terms of Service of the service provider, excluding Terms of Sale
  • Usage begins on initial login and is valid for a single flight. After the flight, unused data cannot be refunded. This period will not be extended due to service unavailability or other reasons
  • A mobile device with Wi-Fi capability and running a current browser is required


  • The Voucher can be used within five years from the day of purchase


  • Voucher can be redeemed onboard exclusively via the SWISS Connect portal
  • Voucher is not restricted to one person / the person who bought voucher
  • Voucher may not be exchanged for cash and may be neither exchanged nor refunded (see exceptions below)
  • Lost or stolen vouchers will not be replaced


  • Voucher may only be refunded in the case of a) network availability less than 70% (“Availability” means the percentage of total available minutes the service is operational at the legally permitted altitudes and regions.) b) irregularities, meaning aircraft change to non-connected aircraft
  • The purchase price will be refunded to the credit card that has been used for the voucher purchase
