  1. How can I order a special surprise for someone on board?

    The special surprise can be ordered while booking on swiss.com or up to 48 hours before departure using an online profile or through on of our Service Centers.

  2. On which flights can I order a special surprise on board?

    You can order a special surprise for someone on any SWISS-operated flight providing the flight time is longer than 70 minutes. In addition, certain flights may be excluded for operational reasons.

  3. Can I change or cancel an order?

    If payment has been made, your order is final. You can no longer change or cancel an order.

  4. How far in advance can I order a special surprise for someone?

    The order can be made as soon as the ticket has been issued (usually 340 days before departure), and up to 48 hours before departure.

  5. Can I order multiple products per flight?

    No. Only one product can be ordered per person per flight.
