The publisher must have his own website. Email registrations will not be accepted by themselves.
The publisher's website must not contain any representations of violence, sexually suggestive images or discriminatory, insulting or defamatory statements with regard to race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation and/or age. The publisher's website must not contain any political matter. The website must comply with all relevant legal regulations. It must not advertise or promote illegal acts or any such acts of this type judged not to be positive.
The website must contain a full imprint as per the Teleservices Act, name, address and contact options as well as all other legal requirements with regard to advertising and telemedia (including data protection). The website must not give the impression that the operators represent Swiss International Air Lines in legal transactions or issue and/or accept statements with effect for or against SWISS.
The use of any licensed trademarks, copyrights and any other rights belonging to SWISS or other companies in the SWISS Group that go beyond the specifically stated representation of the advertising requires the prior written consent of Swiss International Air Lines.
SWISS must not be specified as a reference nor the contractual relationship with Swiss be advertised in any other way without its prior written consent.
It is not permitted to advertise the SWISS Partner programme through search engine marketing (SEM) or search engine optimisation (SEO). In particular, the use of keyword advertising with Swiss brands and product names, including possible misspellings, is not permitted. This applies in particular to the reservation as a keyword. The advertising of the SWISS partner programme in spam emails is expressly prohibited. The recipient must have approved an "opt-in" beforehand. Under no circumstances may the impression be given that SWISS was responsible for the transmission. Furthermore, the publisher must be clearly identifiable as the originator of the transmission.
The advertising of the SWISS partner programme in or above layer and banner networks and through paid-mail, paid-banners and paid-click programs is not permitted. Moreover, post-view activities are not permitted within the framework of the SWISS partner programme. Swiss International Air Lines reserves the right to cancel an existing partnership and/or to retain commissions for legitimate reasons at any time.
