The Einstein St.Gallen, a 4-star superior hotel, boasts 113 exquisite rooms, a 3,000 m² fitness park, 14 conference rooms and two restaurants. “Einstein Gourmet” – On the 5th floor, high above the rooftops of the old town, cuisine of the highest calibre is cooked by the symbiotic “twin peaks” of Sebastian Zier and Moses Ceylan with team. Since October 2015 their avant-garde French cuisine has been adorned with one Michelin star and 17 GaultMillau points. The individually combinable courses are rounded out with wine accompaniments, carefully selected by maître d’hôtel Stephan Nitzsche.
