The raffle is organised by Swiss International Air Lines AG (hereinafter "SWISS").

 

For reasons of readability, the masculine form has been chosen in the text; nevertheless, the information refers to members of both genders.

 

By entering the raffle, the participant accepts the following conditions:

 

1.                Participation

For valid participation in the raffle, the participant must comment on the corresponding Instagram or TikTok Post and tag families or friends.

 

The raffle will start on May 11^th 2026 and will end on May 13^th 2026 at 11.59pm. Entries received after the closing time of the raffle will not be considered, regardless of the reason for the delay. The electronically recorded time of entry is decisive. SWISS is not liable for late entries and cannot be held responsible for technical faults in transmission, in particular for network, electronic or computer failures.

 

Participation in the raffle is free of charge and independent of any purchase or use of paid services. All possible costs incurred by the participant as a result of participation which are outside the sphere of influence of SWISS (such as the participant's personal online access) shall be borne exclusively by the participant.

 

2.                Eligibility to Participate

All natural persons resident in Switzerland who have reached the age of 18 at the time of entry are eligible to enter the raffle. The winning tickets can only be awarded to persons aged 18 and over.

 

Each person is only entitled to participate once. Multiple entries are excluded and will not be taken into account.

 

Employees of SWISS and other companies of the Lufthansa Group and their relatives as well as agencies commissioned by SWISS and their employees are excluded from participation.

 

3.                Exclusion from the raffle

SWISS is entitled to exclude individual participants from the raffle if there are justified reasons, such as violation of the conditions of participation, influencing the raffle, manipulation, etc.. Participants entered automatically by bots or other technical aids will also be excluded from the raffle.

 

In the event of a reason for exclusion, prizes may be subsequently withdrawn and prizes already paid out or delivered may be reclaimed.

 

4.                Prize

The winner will receive 2 tickets for the dedicated seats for the match between Switzerland and Great Britain of the 2026 IIHF Ice Hockey World Championship, on 21 May 2026 at 20.20, in the Swiss Life Arena in Zurich, Switzerland. The winner will also receive 2 VIP access tickets (incl. food and beverage) for the same game. Additional expenses such as hotel accommodation, parking fees, other transportation costs outside of ZVV, and incidental expenses are excluded from the prize and must be covered by the winner.

 

5.                Determination and Notification of the Winners

The draw will take place in camera within 48 hours of the end of the raffle.

 

SWISS will inform the respective winner by replying to the comment they left. In this reply, the winner will be asked to send their personal e-mail address via private message or email. Additionally, the names of the winner as well as their plus one will be requested. The claim to the prize will expire without replacement if the winner does not complete the form within 24 hours after SWISS’s reply, or if the prize cannot be delivered to the address provided by the winner.

 

6.                Delivery of the Prize

The prize cannot be transferred, assigned or exchanged. Cash payment is not possible.

The tickets will be sent by email.

 

7.                Change of Terms and Conditions

SWISS reserves the right to change these conditions of participation at any time. Furthermore, SWISS reserves the right to terminate or interrupt the raffle at any time. This applies in particular if there are reasons that would disrupt or prevent the raffle from running as planned. In such a case, the participant shall not be entitled to any claims against SWISS.

 

8.                Disclaimer of Liability

SWISS accepts no liability to the winner for any loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the raffle, data processing and the prize.

 

9.                Data Protection

Personal data of the participant (e.g. e-mail addresses, names, addresses) will be processed for the purpose of the raffle in accordance with these conditions of participation. 10.               Miscellaneous

This raffle is not connected to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube or X and is not sponsored, supported or organised in any way by Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube or X. Should individual provisions of these conditions of participation be invalid or unenforceable, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The invalid or unenforceable provisions shall be replaced by those valid and enforceable provisions whose effects come closest to the objective pursued by SWISS. In the event of a discrepancy between the German or English version of these Conditions of Participation, the German version shall prevail.

 

Legal recourse is excluded.

 

No correspondence will be entered into regarding the raffle.

 

Swiss law shall apply exclusively, to the exclusion of the conflict of laws rules. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Bülach, Switzerland.
