SWISS e-tickets and/or additional services booked over SWISS.COM or a SWISS Service Center can be refunded here. For e-tickets booked via travel agency, please contact the agency concerned.

Once a refund has been requested, the ticket is no longer valid and no rebooking is possible.

  1. The booking must be cancelled before you request a refund. Please read the Conditions of Carriage. Follow this link to cancel bookings for the relevant passengers.
  2. A refund service fee of CHF 25/EUR 20/USD 30/CAD 30 will apply in addition to any penalties related to the tariff rules. For exceptions refer to para. 10.2 of the Conditions of Carriage for any refund made on/after 01.07.2011.
  3. Apply with the post-flight complaints and compliments form for compensation for other direct costs or extra expenses according to EU regulations.
