Valid for all SWISS Lounges in Switzerland

We want all our guests to feel welcome and comfortable in our lounges. Mutual consideration and respect form the basis for a pleasant stay. In order to ensure respectful and conflict-free interaction, we therefore ask you to comply with the following rules (the house rules).
1. General arrangements
- These house rules apply to all SWISS lounges at both Zurich Airport (ZRH) and Geneva Airport (GVA).
- SWISS reserves the right to change these house rules without notice.
- By entering the lounge, you acknowledge and accept the current version of these house rules.
- The instructions of lounge staff must be followed at all times.
2. Legal authority
- Authority in SWISS lounges is held by Swiss International Air Lines AG (“SWISS”) and exercised by the SWISS Maître de Lounge or by personnel appointed by SWISS.
3. Food and drinks
- Passengers are not permitted to bring or consume their own food and drink in the lounges.
- Consumption of food and drinks provided is only permitted in the lounges.
- No food, drinks, crockery or other items may be removed from the lounge.
4. Behavior in the lounge area
- Never leave luggage or personal belongings unattended. Unattended baggage may be removed by security staff and – if necessary – rendered harmless. SWISS accepts no liability for loss or damage.
- Consideration for other guests is paramount. Please treat the furnishings and equipment in the lounges, as well as the property of other guests, with care.
- Litter, cigarettes and chewing gum must be disposed of exclusively in the specific bins provided.
- Smoking, including e-cigarettes or similar products, is only permitted in clearly designated smoking areas. The consumption of cannabis or other intoxicants is prohibited in all lounges.
- Out of consideration for other guests, we ask that prayers and meditations be carried out in quiet or retreat areas, where available.
5. Respectful interaction and communication
- We expect all guests to treat each other and our lounge staff with both respect and courtesy.
- Discriminatory, offensive or harassing comments and behavior will not be tolerated.
- Physical altercations, threats or other aggressive behavior will result in immediate exclusion from the lounge and may have legal consequences.
- In the event of conflicts, please approach the lounge staff for assistance rather than attempting to resolve the situation yourself.
6. Use of electronic devices and telephones
- Telephone calls must be made quietly; please use the designated telephone areas where possible.
- Electronic devices are to be used at low volume. Playing music or videos without headphones is not permitted.
- Image and sound recordings are only permitted when the personal rights of other guests are respected. Lounge staff may prohibit image and sound recordings at any time without having to state a reason.
7. Animals
- Dogs and cats may only enter the lounge in a transport box/bag and must remain in this for the entire duration of their stay.
- However, assistance dogs may accompany guests without the need for a box, provided they are kept on a lead.
- Pets are not permitted in the buffet and hygiene areas (sanitary facilities, showers, relaxation rooms).
8. Consequences of violations
- In addition to the available legal remedies, SWISS reserves the right to expel guests from the lounge without compensation and to deny them access temporarily or permanently if they violate these house rules or if SWISS deems their behavior to be inappropriate.
9. Data protection
- By using a lounge, you authorize SWISS to record, store, use, process and pass on your data in accordance with the SWISS Privacy Policy (available at swiss.com/dataprotection).
