More space, a unique view and direct access to the bus gates: from the first quarter of 2027, travellers can look forward to new SWISS Business and Senator Lounges at Zurich Airport.
The SWISS Business and Senator Lounges will be relocated from Dock A to a new, standalone building near Dock B. Thanks to the fully glazed window front and the open-plan concept, a spectacular location is being created with more space and natural daylight for relaxation or working, as well as a unique panoramic view of the apron, the runways and the Alps. The relocation of the two lounges is taking place due to long-term expansion and modernisation work at Zurich Airport.
Both lounges extend over an entire floor and offer additional comfortable seating for even more comfort and a relaxed stay.
A total of around 20 fully soundproofed work pods ensures more privacy and ideal conditions for concentrating on work.
Shorter distances and convenient connections as the bus gates are being relocated to the lower floors of the new lounge building.
The typical SWISS design language will be further developed in the modern premises and will welcome you to a new level of hospitality.

Zurich Airport has been undergoing a comprehensive modernisation of its infrastructure since 2023. The central element of the modernisation is the replacement of Dock A with a new control tower and a new so-called 'Dock Root' connecting Dock A to the Airside Center. As part of the construction work, the previous Dock A bus gates and the SWISS Business and Senator Lounges will be relocated to a new, conveniently located building on the south side of Dock B.
The new SWISS Business Lounge B and Senator Lounge B are scheduled to open in the first quarter of 2027. At the same time, the existing SWISS lounges in the Airside Center and Dock A will be closed. After completion of the renovation work in Dock A, which is currently scheduled for the second half of the 2030s, the SWISS Business and Senator Lounges will return to the new building at this location.
The SWISS First and HON Lounges are expected to be relocated from Dock A to Dock B in 2028. Further details will follow in due course.
