The North America Prize Draw is organized by Swiss International Air Lines Ltd. ("SWISS"). Participation is open from 1 October 2026 to 30 October 2026 (11:59 p.m. Zurich local time).
By participating in the North America Prize Draw, each participant (the "Participant") accepts these Terms and Conditions.
1. Participation
The Prize Draw is open to all natural persons residing in Switzerland who are at least 18 years of age at the time of participation.
To be eligible, Participants must have made a valid booking in their own name via swiss.com for a flight departing from Zurich or Geneva to any destination in North America between 1 October 2026 and 30 October 2026. Both the outbound and return travel dates must fall between 1 October 2026 and 31 March 2027.
To enter the North America Prize Draw, Participants must expressly consent to participation by selecting the relevant checkbox in the contact form.
Participation in the Prize Draw requires submission of the contact form and explicit consent to participate in the Prize Draw.
Participants confirm that all information provided, including the booking reference and contact details, is accurate and complete. Participants are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information submitted.
By participating in the Prize Draw, Participants accept these Terms and Conditions and acknowledge that they have read the Privacy Notice.
Participation in the Prize Draw is free of charge. Any costs incurred by Participants in connection with participation that are outside SWISS's control, such as personal internet access costs, shall be borne by the Participants themselves.
SWISS is the recipient of the information submitted by Participants in connection with the Prize Draw, in particular their name, email address and booking reference number.
Multiple entries are not permitted and will not be considered.
Employees of SWISS and other Lufthansa Group companies, their immediate family members, as well as agencies engaged by SWISS and their employees, are excluded from participation.
2. Prize
One winner will be selected at random following the close of the Prize Draw. The following prize will be awarded:
- 1 × CHF 500 SWISS Sponsored Travel Voucher
The prize cannot be exchanged for cash.
The voucher may be redeemed for bookings made via swiss.com in accordance with the Terms and Conditions applicable to SWISS Sponsored Travel Vouchers. The voucher may only be used for bookings in Swiss francs (CHF) and is valid for one year from the date of issue.
Further details regarding redemption and the applicable conditions will be provided to the winner.
3. Winner Selection and Notification
SWISS will randomly select the winner from all eligible Participants.
The winner will be notified via the email address provided in the contact form.
The draw will take place internally on 10 November 2026. The winner's entitlement to the prize will lapse without compensation if no response is received within 24 hours of notification. In such case, SWISS reserves the right to award the prize to another Participant selected at random.
If delivery of the prize is unsuccessful, SWISS is under no obligation to conduct further investigations. The winner's entitlement to the prize will lapse if the prize cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the Participant. In such case, SWISS reserves the right to award the prize to another Participant selected at random.
4. Prize Delivery
Following verification of the eligibility requirements, the voucher will be sent to the winner by email.
5. Disclaimer of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, SWISS excludes all liability arising from or in connection with participation in the Prize Draw, the processing of personal data, and the prize.
6. Data Protection
Personal data submitted in connection with the Prize Draw will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws and these Terms and Conditions.
The personal data required to administer and conduct the Prize Draw will be processed solely for these purposes. This includes, in particular, the Participant's name, email address and booking reference number.
SWISS will not disclose this personal data to third parties. Exceptions apply to service providers engaged by SWISS ("data processors") who support the administration of the Prize Draw and are contractually obliged to comply with applicable data protection laws.
The collection, processing and use of Participants' personal data serve exclusively to administer and conduct the Prize Draw.
Participants' personal data will be deleted after the conclusion of the Prize Draw unless statutory retention obligations require otherwise.

7. Miscellaneous
Cash payment, payment of interest, payment in any other form, exchange of the prize, or transfer of the prize to a third party is excluded.
Should the prize become unavailable for reasons beyond SWISS's control, SWISS reserves the right to provide a substitute prize of equal or greater value.
SWISS reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions where necessary for legal, technical or organisational reasons, provided that such amendments do not unreasonably disadvantage Participants.
Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. Any invalid or unenforceable provision shall be replaced by a valid and enforceable provision that most closely reflects the intent and purpose of the original provision. In the event of discrepancies between different language versions of these Terms and Conditions, the German version shall prevail.
Legal recourse is excluded.
No correspondence will be entered into regarding the Prize Draw.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed exclusively by Swiss law, excluding conflict-of-law provisions. Subject to any mandatory statutory jurisdiction, the exclusive place of jurisdiction shall be Bülach, Switzerland.
