Introducing SWISS Upgrade Bargain
The new SWISS Upgrade Bargain product gives selected SWISS customers (passengers booked on swiss.com or Miles and More passengers) the opportunity to determine their own price for an upgrade to SWISS Business by submitting a cash offer. Between120 and 48 hours before departure they will then be informed whether their bid for a SWISS Upgrade Bargain has been approved. Customers whose bids are approved will have the relevant amount charged to their credit card.
In order to qualify for an Upgrade Bargain offer, the customer must hold a valid SWISS Economy ticket for a scheduled intercontinental flight (including Tel Aviv, excluding Cairo), operated by SWISS. The document must start with the numbers 724. For legal reasons, offers cannot be accepted for tickets sold in the following countries: India, Brazil and Japan.
Bids may be submitted up to 120 hours before departure.
The following exceptions apply:
•Passengers travelling with children under 2 years of age
•Passengers booked within a group of more than 9 people
•Flight bookings which are not yet confirmed.
SWISS Business in Europe
SWISS expands neighbour-free seating in Business Class in Europe
From the end of March 2015 SWISS passengers travelling in Business Class on flights within Europe will enjoy greater travel comfort as their neighbouring seat will now always remain unoccupied. This enhancement will apply to double seats and, as hitherto, the middle seat in a row of three on the full European fleet.
With more privacy and personal space at their disposal, SWISS Business passengers will be able to work or relax in comfort while flying to their destination.
