This exciting apprenticeship lasts for 4 years. You'll spend the first 2 years at the SWISS training workshop, mastering core skills like turning, milling, drilling, grinding, and assembly. In years 3 and 4 you'll dive into the world of aircraft maintenance at Zurich Kloten Airport, where you'll gain hands-on experience with our expert teams.
Throughout the apprenticeship, you'll attend vocational school in Bülach 1-2 days per week. After successfully completing your training, you will receive your Federal Certificate of Proficiency and have the opportunity to obtain your EASA Cat. A license.

Are you fascinated by the world of aviation? Do you enjoy foreign languages, administrative tasks and interacting with customers? If so, then SWISS, in collaboration with the training association “login Berufsbildung [Vocational Training] AG”, has a varied apprenticeship for you.
Job description
During your three-year apprenticeship as a Service and Administration Swiss Federal VET Diploma D&A Administrator with the “Aviation” career path, you will explore the variety of the world of mobility. During your apprenticeship, we offer you the opportunity to experience four different apprenticeships in the field of aviation. This also includes exciting assignments at other “login” partner companies in the field of aviation.
One or two days each week will be spent at vocational college. In addition to the practical training during the apprenticeship, you will attend specific specialised training courses in aviation.
As a Swiss Federal VET Diploma D&A Administrator, you will be entitled to 13 monthly salary payments and seven weeks’ holiday in the first year of your apprenticeship, and six weeks in the second and third years. You will also be issued with a general rail pass for the Swiss Federal Railways (SBB) in the whole of Switzerland and discounted travel abroad.
