Visually or hearing-impaired passengers can be provided with accompanied assistance at the airport on request. Licensed assistance dogs will be carried free of charge in the aircraft’s cabin. If you intend to bring an assistance dog aboard with you, please inform us of this when making your reservation.
Please note: many destinations have strict vaccination requirements for any animals which are coming into the country. So please be sure to bring the relevant vaccination documents with you: if you do not, your assistance dog may be refused entry at your destination. For further information here visit the "transporting animals" section on swiss.com.
- A “meet and assist” service can be requested if you need assistance to and from the aircraft.
- Transport from the check-in desk to the aircraft can be provided by the airport if required.
- If you are unable to look after your own physical needs on board, you will need to travel with a companion who can help you do so.
- We cannot offer you any assistance on board which may contravene medical, safety, security or hygiene regulations.
